C. Grace Juneau Whiting, J.D.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Lead Strategist

C. Grace Whiting, J.D., co-founded Whiting Communications with her partner, Geoff Whiting, to help mission-driven people and organizations find their voice. She has led national research and advocacy projects grounded in lived experience, policy analysis, and accessible messaging.

Recent projects include co-authoring CancerCare’s national study, The Insurance Maze: How Cancer Patients Get Lost in the Red Tape of Utilization Management (June 2025), and the National Alliance for Caregiving’s report, Trends in Innovation: Implementing and Refining Caregiving Training Services in Medicare (June 2025). She has supported federal regulatory engagement on issues including Medicare payment models, Medicaid home- and community-based services, consumer protections, and biotech innovation.

Grace and Geoff have also led storytelling workshops, developed coaching materials, and written social media and other communications for patient-focused organizations.

In her prior life, Grace served as CEO of the National Alliance for Caregiving (2018–2021) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (2022–2023) in Washington, DC, and as CEO of the Erdheim-Chester Disease Global Alliance (2023-2024). Working on national and global initiatives, Grace has worked extensively in cancer, rare diseases, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, home-based health care, and family caregiving.

Locally, Grace is a member of Ellevate Louisiana, a bipartisan network of women looking for data-driven, non-partisan solutions to make a better future for Louisiana. Whiting Communications also volunteers with AARP Louisiana’s Live at Home Coalition.

Grace is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University’s Honors College and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she received the Irvin Bogatin Award for Social Justice (2010). She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Geoff, their perfect and beautiful daughter Gwendolyn, and their cat, Baby.

Geoff Whiting

President and Lead Creative

Geoff Whiting pushes creative to uncover and highlight credibility and message clarity for mission-driven people and organizations. He leads writing and editorial strategy for clients whose work spans healthcare, policy, advocacy, and regulated industries.

At Whiting Communications, Geoff has developed national research reports, executive thought leadership, guidebooks, and long-form digital content. His recent work includes co-authoring CancerCare’s national study, The Insurance Maze: How Cancer Patients Get Lost in the Red Tape of Utilization Management (June 2025), as well as blog posts and executive thought leadership for the National Alliance for Caregiving.

Geoff also writes extensively for ecommerce and logistics organizations. His projects have included blog posts and guidebooks for companies such as VEYER (now part of Office Depot Business Solutions), WooCommerce, and Stripe, where he translates technical systems and operational strategy into clear, practical content for business leaders.

Before co-founding Whiting Communications, Geoff built his career as a professional writer and content strategist serving nonprofit, corporate, and technology clients. His past clients have included brands such as IBM, Adobe, Red Stag Fulfillment, American Shipper Magazine, and Bloomberg, where he developed executive communications, long-form publications, and structured editorial systems designed to support clarity across teams.

Geoff is a graduate of Louisiana State University and the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA). He lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Grace, their daughter Gwendolyn, and their cat.
